Tacos tonight! I just use one of the kits that has both hard and soft shell tacos, cut up some lettuce and tomatoes and bring out some shredded cheese!  It's all about quick and easy!

By the way-I am in search of a yummy homemade macaroni and cheese recipie-any suggestions?

Hi guys! Well I am broke this week so I took advantage of the boxed mac and cheese on sale at Wegmans and made a poor mans tuna mac and cheese. Easy-- Make the mac and cheese to package directions ( I use 2 pkgs) but add sour cream instead of butter to taste. (I use ffree but add alot!) Add one or two cans of tuna, sauteed mushrooms (to taste) and you have it. It is easy, quick and cheap! :)

The crockpot mac n cheese is a very good one, a family favorite. But, when I am pressed for time I like to cook the macaroni, drain mix it with a stick of butter, add enough milk and shredded mexican mix cheese until it is the consistency that I like.

My kids love it when I use the shaped Disney pasta mixed (12 oz) with melted Velveeta (8 oz) and enough milk to gain desired consistency. Quick, easy and they absoluttly *love* it!

We make a great mac and cheese. We use munster, colby jack and cheddar bricks. Also get a can of small diced tomatoes...(I know it sounds gross, but they are soooooo good. Get round caserole dish and put a thing layer of tomatoes on the botton then some cooked noodles, whichever cheese you want on top of that and a few more tomatoes, then another layer of noodles, another cheese and another layer of noodles. On top of it put a layer of colby and munster. Cover and bake for about half hour. you will have the gooiest yummiest mac and cheese ever. Again, I NEVER thought that I would like the tomatoes, but I tired it and it adds a little bit of a salty flavor. soooo good. Now I want some..LOL
